Shipping policy

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY: InkVault sells digital products only. No physical products will be packaged or shipped, and customers will not receive a physical item by mail. After payment has been successfully completed or authorized, access to the purchased digital product will normally be provided through the order confirmation page, an order confirmation email, or a separate email containing a download link. Most digital products are delivered within a few minutes, although delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment verification, email filtering, incorrect customer information, system maintenance, or other technical issues. Customers should enter a valid and accessible email address during checkout. If a download email has not arrived within 30 minutes, the customer should check the spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered email folders and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct. Customers who still cannot access their purchase should contact ernestoamparo82@gmail.com and provide their order number and the email address used for the order. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing purchased files after delivery. Download access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, resale, copyright infringement, chargeback abuse, or another violation of our Terms of Service.
